Through our link with another Leeds company, CSS, we are able to offer Ratcliff coil coating and sheet coating machines. CSS now own the rights to build the Ratcliff coaters and we are actively working with them on design & developement. The lithographic coil coater, manufactured by Ratcliff and developed by the technologists at Process Line, has become the world standard for roller coating of lithographic coil. Ratcliff have had years of experience in sheet coating for such clients as Metal Box and Van Leer. We can offer standard machinery or custom built solutions.
